Blowtorched Tiger Prawns and Salmon

(heart of baby cos lettuce, semi dried tomatoes with spicy Thai chili vinaigrette)

Ingredients:

  • 2 pieces of Tiger prawns
  • 1 piece of Heart of baby cos lettuce, cut half
  • 3 pieces of Salmon slice
  • 4-5 pieces of semi dried tomatoes
  • Spicy Thai chilli vinaigrette
  • Bird chilli, chopped
  • Garlic, chopped
  • Lime, cut half
  • Kaffir lime leaves, chopped
  • Micro greens

Preparation:

  • Blowtorch Tiger prawns. Sprinkle spicy Thai chilli vinaigrette on top. Topped with chopped bird chilli, chopped garlic and micro greens.
  • Blowtorch baby cos lettuce and lime. Sprinkle spicy Thai chilli vinaigrette on top. Decorate with semi dried tomatoes.
  • Blowtorch Salmon. Sprinkle spicy Thai chilli vinaigrette on top. Topped with chopped kaffir lime leaves. Decorate with micro greens.
