• Rate is non-refundable; cancellations made will forfeit 100% of the entire period of reservation. No amendments allowed.
• Rate requires advance reservation at least 7 days prior to arrival.
• Rajah Brooke Suites are limited to double occupancy and include breakfast for up to 2 guests. No extra person allowed.
• East Borneo Suites can accommodate up to 3 guests with an additional charge of extra person.
• David Fleming Macfie Suites, William Bain Terrace Suites and Louis Leonowens Pool Suites can accommodate up to 4 guests with an additional charge of extra person.
